Include in your email

The more context you give, the faster and more precise the answer. Ideally:

  • HippieTV version (My account → About), OS and version, device model.
  • The streaming service used (provider name if you know it).
  • What happens, what should happen, and exact steps to reproduce.
  • A log export if possible (Settings → Diagnostic + mpv logs).

Your support emails are never used for anything other than replying to you. No third-party sharing, no profiling, no mailing list added behind your back.
